Are YOU Ready for Middle School?

The single biggest factor in how well your kid navigates through middle school isn't their preparation. It's yours.

Most parents walk into middle school season worried, a little lost, and winging it. This changes that.  Ten days.  One simple exercise per day.  Free.

THE DETAILS

Not a course.   Ten small experiments.

At some point this fall, you are going to be driving your kid somewhere. They are going to be in the passenger seat. You are going to try to start a conversation. They are going to respond with the conversational equivalent of a screen saver — present, technically, but clearly running a different program. And you are going to sit in that car, in that silence, wondering whether you should push, redirect, wait, or just turn up the radio and accept that this is your life now.

You don't have to accept it. You just need different tools than the ones that worked when your kid was eight.  That's what the Sprint is for.

A peek at what's inside:

Day 1 — The Trigger Inventory. Before we look at your kid, we look at you. Ten minutes, entirely in your own head.

Day 5 — The Longest Silence. Stop talking. See what happens. (You'll know within 90 seconds whether it's working.)

Day 7 — The Adventure Permission Slip. One hour. Their call. Your job: follow.

Day 10 — The One Conversation. The one you've been putting off. You'll know which one.

And six more between these. We'll leave you some surprises.

These ten experiments give you those tools. Each one is designed for your real life — some take five minutes entirely in your own head, some happen naturally in the moments you're already having with your kid. All of them move you from where you are now (anxious, uncertain, turning up the radio) to where you want to be: calm, connected, and actually knowing what to do in the silence.

No prep. No expertise. No cooperative tween required.

Pick your Day 1. We'll send you one thing per day.  You do it.

Ten days from now, you'll know the difference.
